WHAT YOU GET

Although we try to make it absolutely clear throughout the site, we would like to take a moment to more fully explain our process. If you order a PooPoo package, you (or your recipient) receive one of the most realistic novelty messes money can buy, heat sealed in a polypropylene bag. The bag comes tastefully cradled in a bed of tissue paper and has a label affixed with your personalized message. These contents arrive in a Priority Mail box, professionally addressed to the recipient.

OUR COMMITMENT TO NON-VIOLENCE

Besides your money and an address, the only other thing we really ask of you is a non-violent message, if you choose to include a message. Our policy is not to send any package with a questionable message such as threats to a person's life, or anything that the airport would frown on you saying as you walk through the metal detector. Don't worry, we will e-mail you if we have any questions and give you a chance to revise your message. Ok, enough said.

ALL ABOUT SHIPPING

"When will it get there?" is probably the most common question we get asked. While most orders ship within a week, you must allow at least two (2) weeks for shipping in case we are experiencing unusually high demand.  Sorry to everyone looking for a last minute birthday gift, but first come, first serve. It's a dog eat dog world. Try a tee-shirt.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

We offer delivery confirmation for Grande orders only. If you want to be able to confirm that your package was delivered you must order the 'Grande with Delivery Confirmation' product. If your order is not delivered (you can check online or via a 1-800 number yourself) we will send a second package for free. For all other PooPoo packages we can not and do not provide any assurance, confirmation, guarantees or refunds. Thank you for understanding.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Customers ordering PooPoo packages agree to release DogDoo.com and its agents from all liability associated with use of our services. You may NOT use our services to violate a legal restraint or as an event in a sequence of events that would constitute harassment. This is a novelty service for the purpose of entertainment only. Additionally, DogDoo.com's liability to our customer is limited to the price of the package in question.

ANONYMITY

All of our records are destroyed within 24 hours of shipping. We maintain financial records of anonymous transactions ONLY. Please remember to keep your order number if you need to correspond with us after the event.
